what we offer
Fitstop Fitness is more than just a gym to work out in.
Besides offering a full service gym facility we have an onsite massage therapist, qualified counsellor, nutrition clinic, BCRPA certified personal trainers, classes, infrared sauna with color light therapy and a warm and inviting staffed kids room.
We also offer our clients up to three free programs with a purchase of a month or more membership so that your routine does not become boring and you don't injure yourself on the machines etc.
