Whether you are beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old routine, this adventure is for you! Fitcamp is packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast. Classes take place in the studio, in the gym, on the stairs or in the great outdoors. Each class is filled with exercises that may include: circuit training, running/walking, strength training, core stability, obstacle courses, agility, power and sports drills, medicine ball work, stair climbing, and much more.
